Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Rifle Paper Co. products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items, final sale products, and wallpaper are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse, making sure to include any packing slips if required.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
